Additional Rate Information
- Special rates and conditions apply to Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving weeks.
- Rates include daily housekeeper. Sophia our caretaker will come in 6 days a week to clean the house and cottage not including Sundays and public holidays. Sophia will also babysit and cook for a fee.
- Rentals are from Saturdays to Saturdays. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.
Terms and Conditions for Payment:
- Deposit - 50% required within 14 days to confirm reservation. We accept personal checks, money orders or bank wire transfers for deposits.
- Balance - due 45 days before rental period. Checks, money order or bank wire transfers only.
- Security Deposit - $800 for House and $500 for Cottage, fully refundable if there is no damage. Security deposit to be paid with final payment 45 days before the rental period.
All bedrooms in house and cottage have air conditioners. Washer and
dryer as well as DVD and CD player are also provided. There is a dishwasher
in the house. Both houses now have a high speed cable internet connection.
